About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with a strong foundation in test automation and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP ecosystems. As we push the boundaries of operational efficiency, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the stability of our core omnichannel systems while pioneering quality assurance for next-generation Agentic AI features. You will not only automate traditional ERP testing but also design validation frameworks for autonomous AI agents, chatbots and LLM-driven workflows that support internal operations and retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Odoo Ecosystem Automation: Architect, develop and maintain robust automated test suites for custom and standard Odoo modules (Inventory, Point of Sale, Sales, Accounting, etc.) using Python-based frameworks.
- Agentic AI Validation: Design testing strategies for Agentic AI integrations, support bots and LLM-driven tools. Build frameworks to evaluate agent reasoning, prompt injection vulnerabilities, hallucination rates and safe tool execution within the ERP.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into up-to-date deployment pipelines (e.g.,AWS environments) to ensure zero-downtime releases and continuous quality monitoring.
- System Architecture QA:



Work closely with developers to understand complex system architectures, APIs and database structures, ensuring seamless data flow between Odoo, external storefronts and mobile applications.
- Developer Productivity Champion: Leverage AI coding assistants and modern IDEs to accelerate test script generation and maintain high developer productivity within the QA lifecycle.

Requirements

- Experience: 4 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance, with a primary focus on test automation.
- Odoo Expertise: Proven track record of testing Odoo ERP implementations. Deep understanding of Odoo's modular architecture, ORM and API integrations.
- Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and contemporary automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Pytest, Robot Framework).
- AI Testing Acumen: Demonstrated experience or strong foundational knowledge in testing AI applications, LLMs or autonomous agents. Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and validating non-deterministic outputs.
- API & Backend Testing: Extensive experience testing REST/GraphQL APIs and backend microservices.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in the retail, e-commerce or D2C industry.
- Familiarity with cloud-native testing environments, particularly AWS.
- Knowledge of mobile app testing (e.g., Flutter applications).
- Experience using AI-augmented development tools like Cursor or OpenAI Codex
