Industry Experience: Industrial / Infrastructure / Mining / Manufacturing Projects.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE The candidate should have substantial experience in industrial civil construction projects, preferably involving:

- Mining / Mineral Processing Plants
- Manufacturing Plants
- Cement / Steel / Power Projects
- Industrial Buildings and Warehouses
- Plant Foundations and Equipment Foundations
- RCC Structures
- Internal Roads and Pavements
- Drainage and Storm Water Systems
- Utility Buildings and Infrastructure
- Heavy Equipment Foundations
- Industrial Flooring and Paving Works

QUALIFICATION
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
- Relevant skilled certifications in project management or construction management will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Civil Engineering / Construction.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in industrial project execution is mandatory.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction sites and multiple contractors will be preferred.
- Experience in mining,



manufacturing, infrastructure, or other heavy industrial projects will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and engineering standards.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural foundations, earthwork, roads, drainage, and industrial civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, rate analysis, measurements, and contractor billing.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools such as MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality control and testing procedures.
- Understanding of construction materials, specifications, and testing requirements.
