SigSenz Technologies is Looking for:

SigSenz Technologies is an AI-powered fleet safety company building a platform that combines video telematics, ADAS, driver monitoring, and real-time IoT analytics for enterprise clients in oil & gas, logistics, and transport. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join as our first senior PM hire — owning the product end-to-end, working directly with the co-founder, and shaping how we build for some of the most operationally complex industries in the country.

What You'll Do

- Understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for the engineering team

- Own and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with the co-founder

- Manage sprint delivery using agile/scrum — run standups, plan sprints, and remove blockers across a 15–20 person engineering team

- Prototype product features independently using AI tools (Figma, Codex, Claude, or equivalent)

- Write product release notes tailored to non-technical senior stakeholders and enterprise clients

- Use data analytics to inform product decisions and present insights to leadership and customers

- Act as the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and engineering execution

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of B2B enterprise SaaS product management experience

- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into technical product specs

- Hands-on experience with data analytics for product decision-making





- Ability to prototype independently using AI-powered design and development tools

- Strong agile/scrum delivery experience — sprint planning, standups, unblocking teams

- Excellent written communication — ability to write clear, simplified product release notes for senior, non-technical audiences

Good to Have

- Prior experience in fleet management, automotive, or industrial IoT products

- Experience with hardware-software integrated products (dashcams, ADAS, DMS, or IoT devices)

- Background in driving digital transformation for legacy or operational enterprises

- PM or Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe, PMC, or equivalent)

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Program Analyst before transitioning to Product Management

- MBA in addition to engineering degree

Education

- B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics (or a closely related engineering discipline) is required

Compensation & Perks

- Competitive fixed CTC based on experience

- ESOPs available after 2 years of tenure (subject to KPI fulfilment)

- 5-day work week (6th day flexible)
