About the Role

Hive Collective Pvt. Ltd. is building an export business across agricultural products, spices, FMCG and selected food categories. We are looking for a Senior Executive – Procurement to manage supplier sourcing, product evaluation, procurement, quality coordination and supplier follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in agri commodities, spices, food products or FMCG procurement and understand both the commercial and technical aspects of sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers including manufacturers, processors, aggregators, FPOs and traders.
- Source spices, agricultural commodities, food products and FMCG products as per required specifications.
- Understand product grades, varieties, quality parameters, seasonality, moisture levels, shelf life and storage conditions.
- Evaluate product samples and coordinate quality, microbiological, pesticide residue, aflatoxin, heavy metal and other applicable testing.
- Coordinate with NABL-accredited laboratories/testing agencies and maintain test reports and product specifications.
- Conduct supplier/factory visits and assess processing, hygiene, storage, packing, capacity and traceability.




- Obtain and verify supplier documents including GST, FSSAI, certifications, test reports and other applicable registrations.
- Obtain quotations, compare total procurement costs and negotiate price, MOQ, quality, payment and delivery terms.
- Prepare and execute purchase orders against approved specifications.
- Track production, quality, packing, dispatch and delivery; resolve shortages, delays and quality issues.
- Maintain supplier database, quotations, samples, test reports, POs and procurement records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams for smooth procurement and dispatch.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Supply Chain, Commerce or Business Administration preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in spices, agricultural commodities, food ingredients or FMCG.
- Practical knowledge of commodity quality, grades, moisture, storage, sampling and testing requirements.
- Experience coordinating with testing laboratories/agencies will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Strong Hindi and working English.
- Willingness to travel for supplier and factory visits.
- Candidates must currently reside in Noida/Delhi NCR and be comfortable with daily office commute.
