Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer to manage and oversee plumbing systems, maintenance, operations, and related MEP activities at Ambience Creacions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning, safety, and reliability of all plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all plumbing systems, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor domestic water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water, and other plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems.
- Identify plumbing faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and rectification.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for plumbing-related works.
- Review and monitor plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper execution of plumbing projects and modification works as per approved drawings.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with other MEP teams, including Electrical, HVAC,



Fire Fighting, and Civil, for smooth operations.
- Check material requirements and support procurement of plumbing materials and equipment.
- Handle emergency plumbing breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to occupants.
- Prepare reports related to maintenance, breakdowns, consumption, and ongoing works.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in plumbing/MEP operations and maintenance.
- Experience in commercial buildings, malls, residential complexes, hotels, or large facilities will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of plumbing systems, pumps, water supply, drainage, sewage, and STP-related systems.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
