Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in SPM and industrial automation machines. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and automation system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM and industrial automation machines.
- Program and troubleshoot Delta PLCs using Ladder Logic.
- Develop and modify HMI screens and machine sequences.
- Integrate and configure VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and commissioning.
- Understand machine sequence, interlocks, safety logic, and automatic/manual operations.
- Read and understand electrical and panel wiring drawings.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, Assembly, and Production teams.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer locations.
- Identify and resolve automation-related technical issues.




- Prepare and maintain PLC/HMI programs and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Delta PLC and Ladder Logic.
- Experience in SPM / Special Purpose Machines is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HMI, VFD, Servo, Sensors, and Pneumatics.
- Ability to understand electrical control panels and wiring diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for machine commissioning when required.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in SPM automation, machine programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be preferred.
