Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior PHP Laravel Web Developer role based in Ernakulam. The developer will design, build, and maintain robust web applications using PHP, Laravel, and related technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end logic, integrating APIs, collaborating with front-end developers on UI/UX requirements, and writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.

The role involves reviewing code, mentoring less experienced developers, participating in architectural decisions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and workflows. The developer will also troubleshoot production issues, optimize existing systems, and coordinate closely with project managers and clients to align technical solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong back-end web development skills, including PHP, Laravel, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is beneficial.
- Solid software development skills, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Programming expertise with a focus on secure, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in leading or mentoring development teams and contributing to technical decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization is an advantage.
