Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Education or related field

Location: Solapur | Travel: Extensive

Job Purpose To lead the University's outreach initiatives, build robust relationships with schools and educational institutions, generate quality student leads, support admissions, and strengthen the University's presence in target markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the annual school, college and institutional outreach plan.
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Counsellors, Teachers, Coaching Institutes and Education Consultants.
- Plan and conduct school visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, education fairs and campus visits.
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the Admissions Team for lead nurturing, applications and conversions.
- Manage and mentor the outreach team; allocate territories and monitor individual/team targets.
- Identify new schools, institutions, geographies and opportunities for student engagement.
- Represent the University at external events and promote its academic programmes, facilities, placements and career opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and student preferences.




- Maintain accurate CRM/MIS data and submit weekly/monthly outreach and conversion reports.
- Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, Academics and other departments to achieve enrolment objectives.

Preferred Experience Experience in higher education, university admissions, school outreach, education marketing, business development or institutional relationship management will be preferred.

Overall Accountability: To create a strong and measurable outreach pipeline that contributes to student engagement, admissions and the University's brand visibility.
