SENIOR PAID GROWTH SPECIALIST – GOOGLE ADS & META ADS

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Paid Growth Specialist to take responsibility for building, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across global markets.

This position is designed for a performance-driven marketing professional who understands customer acquisition, advertising optimization, and how to transform paid traffic into measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, understands campaign data deeply, and can independently manage advertising strategies from planning to execution.

Position: Senior Paid Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid channels.

- Build campaign structures designed for scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Launch, monitor, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns based on performance data.

- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

- Manage advertising budgets and make strategic decisions regarding budget allocation.

- Improve campaign results through continuous testing of:

Audience targeting

Ad creatives

Copywriting angles

Landing pages

Campaign structures

Bidding strategies

- Develop strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs and improve advertising return.

- Monitor business and advertising metrics including:

ROAS

CPA

CPC

CTR

Conversion Rate

Customer Lifetime Value

- Create performance reports and communicate insights for future growth strategies.

Requirements
- 3 years of practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.





- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.

- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion funnels, and performance optimization.

- Ability to analyze large amounts of campaign data and identify actionable insights.

- Experience with tracking and analytics tools:

Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager

Meta Pixel

Conversion Tracking Systems

- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of advertising performance.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, consumer brands, or international markets.

- Experience running multi-country advertising campaigns.

- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.

- Experience with growth marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
