Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end operations from order confirmation to production, quality, warehouse, allocation and dispatch.
- Drive production planning, vendor/job-worker management and Plan vs Actual adherence.
- Manage quality checkpoints and reduce rejection, rework, alteration and production delays.
- Oversee warehouse, inventory accuracy, allocation and OTIF dispatch performance.
- Develop SOPs, MIS dashboards, KPIs and process improvement initiatives.
- Control operational costs, wastage, freight and production leakage.
- Lead teams across Production, Quality, Warehouse, Dispatch and Operations.
- Build systems and processes to reduce routine Founder dependency.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10 to 15+ years of experience in Apparel/Fashion Operations, Production or Supply Chain.
- 4 to 5+ years in a senior Operations/Production leadership role.
- Solid experience in womens apparel production, multiple factories/job workers and vendors.
- Good knowledge of production planning, garment quality, inventory and warehouse operations.
- Strong Excel/MIS/ERP, vendor negotiation and team-management skills.
- Highly organised, data-driven and comfortable handling aggressive timelines.
