We are looking for an experienced Senior EDM / OpenText Extended ECM Consultant with 8+ years of experience to support enterprise-scale ECM initiatives for one of our premium US Client. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), Content Server, Records Management, solution architecture, integrations and migrations, along with exposure to AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, implement and support large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using OpenText Extended ECM Suite.
- Lead enterprise ECM architecture, including solution design, sizing, scaling, installation and configuration.
- Work extensively with OpenText Content Server and related components.




- Implement Records Management solutions covering File Plans, Record Retention, Disposition Strategies, Security and Classification.
- Understand complex business requirements and recommend appropriate OpenText solutions and implementation approaches.
- Design and execute content/data migration strategies for enterprise ECM environments.
- Integrate OpenText solutions with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow and other third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Content Server and related OpenText component issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams throughout implementation and support.
- Contribute to AI-enabled use cases and solutions within the ECM landscape.
