Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation, business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional configuration, and client coordination.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, design appropriate Odoo solutions, manage implementation activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, client meetings, and business process discussions.
- Identify business requirements and map them with appropriate Odoo functionalities.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and other functional documentation.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams to communicate functional requirements clearly.
- Review and validate developed features against business requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, functional testing, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Conduct Odoo product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Manage client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Monitor implementation progress and coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines.
- Provide functional support during post-implementation and enhancement activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend suitable ERP solutions.




- Guide and support junior functional consultants when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting / ERP Consulting / Odoo Implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP and its standard business modules.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules:
- CRM
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Manufacturing
- HR & Payroll
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Project Management
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Odoo certification or relevant ERP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
- Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts such as Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo architecture will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or project requirements when required.
