We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and recruitment skills, experience handling Non-IT requirements, and the ability to work independently with startup and SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular updates on candidate status, interviews, offers, and joining.




- Work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of assigned requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active requirements.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and delivery timelines.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:-

- 3-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and candidate identification.
- Experience working with startup/SME clients.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
