Position: Senior Network & Security Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Network & Security Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, firewall technologies, and network troubleshooting. The candidate will play a critical role in resolving complex connectivity issues impacting CyberArk PAM onboarding, privileged access management, and secure infrastructure connectivity. The role requires deep technical expertise,



strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple infrastructure and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network connectivity issues between firewalls, bastion hosts, CyberArk components, and enterprise assets.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of connectivity failures and define remediation plans.
- Implement network and security infrastructure changes through established change management processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewall policies, routing, NAT, ACLs, and security controls.
- Support onboarding and connectivity requirements for CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Coordinate with Network, Security, Infrastructure, Server, Cloud, and Application teams to drive permanent fixes and service improvements.
- Validate connectivity paths and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Participate in incident resolution, problem management, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for network security architecture and privileged access connectivity.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, implementation plans, and troubleshooting procedures.
