Job Description
The Role :
Handle end-to-end Group Air Ticketing operations, from enquiry and fare sourcing to booking, negotiation, billing and post-booking support.
Manage B2B & B2C group enquiries while ensuring competitive fares, timely follow-ups and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Group Air Ticketing enquiries from enquiry to final booking.
- Manage B2B and B2C group queries, understanding requirements and providing suitable flight options.
- Source and negotiate with airlines and other sources to secure the best possible fares.
- Prepare and share accurate, competitive quotations and follow up for booking confirmation.
- Handle fare re-negotiations,
