Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and security environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across enterprise network architecture, cloud networking, routing and switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, network segmentation, NAC, ZTNA, and data center networking.

The role will involve supporting highly available enterprise networks, driving network modernization initiatives, maintaining operational governance, and ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity across business environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network architecture and infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routing and switching, and data center networks.
- Design and manage SD-WAN solutions and enterprise WAN connectivity.
- Manage and optimize network firewalls, security policies, NAT, VPN, and access controls.
- Implement network segmentation and security controls across enterprise environments.
- Support cloud networking and connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
- Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives and secure remote access solutions.
- Manage and monitor Internet Leased Line connectivity and coordinate with service providers for issue resolution.
- Monitor network performance, availability,



capacity, and health, and proactively resolve network issues.
- Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting and escalations for complex network incidents.
- Maintain network operational standards, documentation, change management, and network operational governance.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for network deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Participate in network transformation, migration, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

- 8+ years of experience in network engineering / network infrastructure.
- Robust hands-on experience in enterprise network environments.
- Experience working on large-scale network deployments, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and enterprise connectivity.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex network issues and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
