Rapidshyp is looking for a senior sales leader who can take ownership of revenue growth, strategic accounts, and sales expansion across our B2B amp; B2C business.
? Who are we looking for?
We’re particularly interested in professionals currently working as:
- National Sales Manager
- National Business Development Manager
- National Key Account Manager
- Senior Sales / Business Development Leader
- Regional / Zonal Sales Head with strong national exposure
? Industry preference: Logistics | Shipping Aggregation | Courier | Last-Mile Delivery | Logistics Tech | E-commerce Logistics | 3PL
Experience: 8–15+ years
What you’ll own:→ Drive B2B & B2C amp;
- B2C revenue growth and market expansion→ Build and execute sales strategies and GTM plans→ Acquire and grow enterprise, SME, D2C amp;
- e-commerce accounts→ Lead strategic client relationships and commercial negotiations→ Build, mentor and drive high-performing sales teams→ Own sales pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and revenue targets→ Identify opportunities for cross-sell,
upsell and account expansion→ Work closely with Operations, Product, Finance and Customer Success teams.
We’re looking for someone with: ✔ Strong leadership and team-management experience
✔ Proven ownership of revenue targets
✔ Enterprise / key-account sales exposure
✔ Strong understanding of logistics amp; shipping solutions
✔ Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
✔ A track record of building business and expanding accounts
