About the Role

XLR8 Studio is looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Artist with strong skills in both Motion Graphics and Graphic Design.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop creative concepts, design high-quality visual assets and transform them into engaging motion content for corporate, advertising, digital, event and social media projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Graphics & Animation

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animated videos and promotional content.
- Develop 2D animations, typography animations, transitions, titles and visual effects.
- Create engaging animated content for social media, corporate presentations, advertisements and events.
- Convert static designs into compelling motion graphics.
- Work with After Effects to create polished, professional animations.
- Understand timing, pacing, composition and animation principles.
- Handle projects from concept development through final delivery.

Graphic Design

- Create creative designs for digital, social media, corporate, advertising and event requirements.
- Develop layouts, compositions, typography and visual concepts.
- Design presentation graphics, campaign creatives, event visuals and marketing materials.
- Create design assets that can be effectively adapted for animation.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour and overall visual language.
- Prepare production-ready artwork according to project requirements.

Creative & Production

- Understand client briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts.
- Suggest creative ideas and visual solutions rather than only executing instructions.
- Work closely with the Creative Head, Production Team and other designers.




- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Implement feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Maintain organized project files and follow proper production workflows.
- Ensure final output meets the required quality and technical specifications.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work across both static design and motion graphics.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel is required.
- Candidates with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered based on their work.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a creative and production-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Artist who can independently take a brief, develop the visual direction, create the graphic assets and produce the final motion output.

The ability to handle both Graphic Design Motion Graphics will be an key part of this role.
