Handle daily data entry and updates in the company’s ERP system. Maintain accurate records of shipments, consignments, deliveries, pickups, and dispatches, Air Connection. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to Air logistics operations Update shipment status, POD (Proof of Delivery), and other operational information in the ERP Coordinate with Air operations, warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to collect and verify data Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of all ERP entries Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with operations departments for corrections Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and operational requirements Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required
