Role & responsibilities

- Understand market trends, customer preferences and seasonal requirements to identify current jewellery product opportunities.

- Coordinate with the design team for new product development, design modifications, sampling and finalisation.

- Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, costing sheets and product details.

- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers and production teams for sampling and bulk production.

- Monitor gold/diamond/gemstone requirements, consumption, pricing and product margins.

- Track the complete order lifecycle from enquiry and sampling to production, dispatch and delivery.

- Follow up with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders as per committed timelines.

- Work closely with the quality team to ensure jewellery meets required design, finishing, stone-setting and quality standards.





- Coordinate with sales/client teams to understand requirements and provide timely updates on order status.

- Maintain accurate records of samples, orders, inventory, costing, production status and deliveries.

- Analyse sales and product performance and provide inputs for range planning, replenishment and new collections.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, designs and market trends to support product and assortment decisions.

- Resolve issues related to design, costing, production, quality, delivery or customer requirements through effective coordination.

- Ensure products are developed within the approved cost, quality and delivery parameters.

- Support exhibitions, buyer meetings, collection launches and customer presentations when required.
