Hiring: Senior MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise and execute MEP works at construction sites.
- Handle Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, civil teams, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety and material requirements.
- Manage MEP contractors/subcontractors and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Handle BOQ, quantity verification, billing and documentation.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project schedules and quality standards.





Required Skills
- Strong MEP execution and site management experience.
- Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ and quantity verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Good coordination, communication and team-management skills.
- BIM/Revit MEP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience :- 8–10 years of relevant MEP execution experience, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects.
