Role Description The Senior Medical Writer role is a full time remote position responsible for planning, writing, and reviewing high-quality scientific and medical communications for a variety of audiences. In this role, the individual will develop slide decks, newsletters conference materials, and other scientific assets in line with client requirements.

Writer will collaborate closely with internal team members and clients to interpret data, refine key messages, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting and synthesizing literature research, structuring documents,



maintaining style and formatting consistency, and adhering to stringent timelines and quality standards. The role also involves mentoring junior writers, contributing to process improvements, and supporting the scaling of projects as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Scientific Writing and Medical Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and compliant scientific documents.
- Candidates should possess skills to critically evaluate literature, interpret data, and support evidence-based content.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD, or related life sciences degree) preferred; strong background in biomedical or clinical sciences is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in medical writing or scientific communications within pharma, biotech, CRO, or healthcare communications agencies.
- Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and familiarity with industry style guidelines and publication standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong collaboration skills, professionalism in client interactions, and a commitment to ethical, compliant, and budget-conscious delivery.
