Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of tire manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Banbury, Extruder, Calendar, Bead, Cutting Machines, and Carbon Black Systems.
- Handle hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct RCA, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis for recurring breakdowns.
- Execute shutdown planning and maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
- Manage SAP/CMMS updates, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and risk assessment requirements.
- Lead shift maintenance operations, coordinate manpower, and minimize machine downtime.
