We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager / Community Marketing & Growth Manager with a strong background in the EdTech industry to drive digital marketing, lead generation, community growth, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing and growth strategies
- Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Manage Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen brand visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and generate measurable growth insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Creative, and other teams to achieve business goals

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in EdTech is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Growth Marketing




- Good understanding of Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media & Content Strategy
- Experience in developing creative marketing concepts and campaigns
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and drive data-backed improvements
- Strong execution, communication, and team coordination skills
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Work Mode: In office / Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time Regular

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday | 2nd Saturday & Sunday Off
