Role Description The Senior Manager role at TechCiti Technologies Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Bangalore Urban. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and alignment with client objectives.

The Senior

Manager will oversee stakeholder management with CXOs and technology leaders, manage project pipelines, allocate resources, and monitor budgets and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic planning, reviewing solution architectures,



guiding presales and delivery teams, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and contributing to business growth through client relationship management and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking, with the ability to oversee data center, hybrid/multi-cloud, and advanced network solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and GRC frameworks, with familiarity in standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and risk assessment practices.
- Solid background in project and program management, including resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and service quality.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with CXOs, CIOs, and technical teams in a consulting-oriented manner.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in enterprise IT services, consulting, or digital transformation roles, preferably in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.
