About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Franchise Development & Leasing who can help us expand our business through franchise development, new locations, partnerships and leasing.

The ideal candidate should have experience in franchise sales/development, business expansion, property leasing or site acquisition, along with good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new franchise and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and connect with potential franchise partners and investors.
- Identify suitable locations and commercial properties for business expansion.
- Handle property owners, landlords and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate rent, lease terms and other commercial requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and business associates.
- Conduct market research to identify new locations and expansion opportunities.
- Handle the complete process from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for agreements, documentation and execution.
- Maintain a pipeline of franchise,



leasing and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned targets for franchise development and business expansion.

What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Franchise Development, Franchise Sales, Leasing, Property Acquisition, Business Development or Business Expansion.
- Experience in dealing with franchisees, investors, property owners or business partners.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and independently close business opportunities.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field work.
- Candidates from franchise, retail, QSR, hospitality, real estate, education, co-working or similar industries are welcome.
