B2B Corporate Travel Tech | Gurugram (Delhi-NCR)

Experience: 10–15 years

Travel: Client visits as required

Reports to: Founder / CEO

About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on B2B sales leader who can build and grow corporate travel business from the ground up.

You should have strong experience in corporate travel sales, an existing network of corporate decision-makers, and a proven track record of acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporate clients for flights, hotels, cabs and visa services.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through network, LinkedIn, referrals and industry events.
- Target mid-size and large companies across NCR, with scope to expand across India.
- Present and demo the corporate travel technology platform.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
- Handle RFPs, commercials, negotiations, credit terms and SLAs.
- Own monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and travel volume.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline and sales forecasts.




- Share customer and market feedback with the product team.
- Build and lead a small sales team as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of B2B sales experience.
- 6–8+ years of corporate travel sales experience with a TMC or travel-tech company.
- Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry.
- Proven track record of personally acquiring corporate accounts.
- Strong relationships with Travel Desk, Admin, Procurement or similar decision-makers, especially across NCR.
- Understanding of TMC pricing, airline/hotel deals, credit terms and GST invoicing.
- Experience with RFPs, commercial negotiations and technology product demos.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup workplace.

Good to Have
- Existing corporate relationships across NCR.
- Experience selling travel-tech or corporate booking platforms.
- Experience handling large RFPs and commercial negotiations.
