Key Responsibilities

- Team & Delivery: Allocate and monitor daily work for a 40-member team; ensure every activity has an owner and backup; control pending items, TAT and escalations.

- Profile Management: Oversee creation, editing, merging and cleanup of Company, Travel Agent and guest profiles across SFA/MDM, SynXis, Opera and SAP (AR/BP linkage).

- Rate Management: Oversee rate loading, audits and OTA/GDS setup in SynXis; ensure PMS and SynXis rates and availability remain synchronized.

- New Hotel Opening: Drive onboarding of new hotels, including system setup, room data, static content, mandatory rates and go-live sign-off.

- Rate Scale Matrix (RSM): Plan and deliver the annual RSM cycle from 1 September to 31 August in coordination with hotels, Revenue and Innovacx.

- Quality & Audits: Conduct daily/periodic audits covering profile creation, GSTIN, data capture, reservations and data synchronization; track errors and drive corrective action.

- MIS & Reporting: Publish MIS covering volumes, productivity, quality, ageing and escalations, and present the same during client reviews.

- Billing:



Manage monthly DM billing, including validation of recent-hotel count, billing count, agreements, invoice requests and attendance data.

- Governance: Maintain SOPs, master data, escalation matrix and system access controls.

- People Management: Hire, train and coach associates; manage shifts, attendance and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate; degree/diploma in Hotel Management would be preferred.

- Systems: Hands-on experience with SynXis CRS, Opera PMS/Opera Cloud and SFA/MDM; working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA AR/BP.

- Domain Knowledge: Hotel rate structures, OTA/GDS distribution, profile data standards, GST/GSTIN, market segment and source codes.

- Tools: Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, trackers and MIS; good PowerPoint skills for client reviews.

- Core Skills: Strong team leadership, client and stakeholder management, escalation handling, attention to detail and excellent written communication.
