About the Role

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager – Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective cash-flow management, and strong financial controls. The role will also support senior management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the organization.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, billing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Review and ensure accuracy of ledgers, journals, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Monitor bank, customer, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, management reports, cash-flow statements, ageing reports, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Monitor receivables, payables,



credit exposure, and working capital requirements.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, approval processes, and accounting procedures.
- Review departmental expenses, operational costs, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Provide financial inputs and reports to senior management for business and operational decisions.
- Supervise, guide, and review the performance of the accounts team.
- Ensure proper maintenance, confidentiality, and availability of financial records and supporting documentation.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, control gaps, and financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Handle financial reviews, audits, reconciliations, and other assignments entrusted by management.
- Undertake any other responsibilities related to Accounts & Finance as assigned by the Management.

Preferred Experience:
