This is an unmissable opportunity for an ambitious Accountant to step up into a role that offers refurbishment exposure, internal progression and client interaction.

Duties will include:

- Responsible for the successful contractor management and refurbishment of properties bought
- Assisting in management reporting including variance analysis
- Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements (as per UK GAAPS)
- Assisting in preparation of VAT returns (as per UK GAAPS)
- Liaise with various stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closings
- Possess high ethics, execute daily transactions with high attention to detail, and communicate with confidence to clients, contractors, suppliers and other third parties regarding needs required to complete refurbishment
- Assist in managing various reports and spreadsheets, some of which will be related to real estate matters
- Any other adhoc accounting duties, as required by the Operations Manager
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL) IS A MUST




- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD

Education :

CA or CMA or MBA Finance Inter qualified an advantage

Experience 6-8 years relevant to the position must

* Schooling & Graduation from English medium is must

Location : Kolkata (Salt Lake City, Sector V)

Office hours to coincide with UK working hours (12:30 PM to 09:30 PM)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
