Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Verification Expert / Verification Leader with robust expertise in ASIC/SoC/IP Design Verification and experience leading large-scale verification programs.

The candidate should have deep technical expertise in verification methodologies and the ability to manage multiple verification teams with 80–100+ engineers across different projects.

Experience in RTL Design, SoC Architecture, Emulation, Post-Silicon Validation, DFT, Physical Design, or other semiconductor domains will be an added advantage.

The role combines technical leadership, large-team management, program delivery, customer engagement, and business responsibilities.

## Key Responsibilities

### Verification Expertise

Provide technical leadership for complex IP, subsystem, and full-chip SoC verification programs.

Define verification strategies, methodologies, test plans,



and sign-off criteria.

Drive verification planning, testbench architecture, test development, regression, coverage closure, and verification sign-off.

Review verification environments, test scenarios, assertions, scoreboards, monitors, checkers, and coverage.

Lead complex debugging and root-cause analysis of functional and system-level issues.

Drive improvements in verification quality, automation, productivity, and methodology.

Establish verification best practices across multiple engineering teams.
