Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home, for both Senior Interior Designer and Junior Interior Designer positions.

Senior Interior

Designers will lead design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional interiors; coordinate space planning, oversee FF&E; selections, guide construction documentation, and collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and clients.

Junior Interior

Designers will support project teams by preparing drawings and 3D visuals, assisting with material and furniture specifications, participating in site visits,



and helping with documentation and coordination under senior guidance. Both roles will contribute to design presentations, ensure alignment with project briefs and budgets, and support quality, timely delivery across multiple projects. Daily responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, regular design reviews, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, aesthetically coherent spaces.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation suitable for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess competency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, related field; skilled experience in high-density urban or large-scale projects is an advantage.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and understanding of building codes, local regulations, and construction practices.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
