Role Description The Senior Implementation Consultant – AxiomSL role at ExcelGens, Inc. is a contract, fully remote position based in India. The selected consultant will support multiple greenfield AxiomSL On-Prem Client Services projects, working closely with Nasdaq, client stakeholders, Solution Architects, and subject matter experts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The Senior Implementation Consultant will be responsible for supporting activities from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, implementation, and production support. The role requires solid hands-on experience with the Axiom ControllerView platform and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in client discovery workshops, analyzing requirements and data, configuring and developing AxiomSL solutions, supporting testing activities,



troubleshooting implementation issues, and maintaining accurate technical and project documentation.

The consultant will also contribute to regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring implementations align with relevant regulatory requirements, technical standards, and software development lifecycle best practices.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of hands-on AxiomSL implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AxiomSL / Axiom ControllerView.
- Proven experience with AxiomSL On-Prem implementations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and development.
- Experience participating in client discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, testing support, and production support.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and related implementation processes.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Capital Risk
- Local Regulatory Reporting
- Trade & Transaction Reporting
- GSD Reporting
- FinReg
- FINSTAT
- Experience working directly with clients, Solution Architects, SMEs, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to troubleshoot implementation and production-related issues.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Ability to deliver end-user platform/solution training when required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidate must be currently based in India.
- Willingness and ability to work 100% remotely on a full-time basis.

Preferred Skills

- Nasdaq certification in AxiomSL. (Not mandatory )
- Experience across multiple regulatory reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting greenfield AxiomSL implementation projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Experience working with large-scale financial services or technology-intensive organizations.
