Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Lucknow office. This full-time, in office role involves developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

The specialist will provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, handle employee relations, and support conflict resolution.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR records, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to strategic HR planning to align workforce capabilities with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in handling core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including policy development and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Relevant experience in a technology or software development environment is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR compliance requirements in India.
