:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to independently handle the complete end-to-end HR operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition

- Employee onboarding & documentation

- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

- Employee relations & grievance handling

- HR policies & disciplinary actions

- Performance appraisal & employee development

- Statutory compliance & HR documentation

- Employee exit & full & final settlement

- HR MIS, reporting & manpower planning

- Manage and guide the HR team

- Coordinate with management and department heads on all HR matters

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant HR experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

- Robust communication, leadership & employee-handling skills

- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance & MS Excel

- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
