Role Overview

We are looking for a senior HR professional to lead key Human Resources functions at the AGM / GM / VP level.

The ideal candidate must have significant experience within the BPO / IT / ITES industry and should bring a strong combination of strategic HR leadership, stakeholder management, people leadership, HR Business Partnering and/or Talent Acquisition expertise.

Candidates currently based in Mumbai will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage HR Business Partnering and/or Talent Acquisition functions.
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives supporting business growth, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide HR advisory support on workforce, talent and organizational matters.
- Lead, mentor and develop HR teams across assigned functions.
- Drive large-scale recruitment and talent acquisition strategies where applicable.
- Oversee manpower planning, talent mapping, succession planning and leadership hiring.
- Partner with business leaders on employee engagement, retention and performance-related initiatives.
- Support organizational restructuring, workforce optimization and change-management initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain aligned with business objectives and organizational standards.
- Use HR metrics and workforce data to support management decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of overall HR experience.
- Current or previous experience at a senior HR leadership level such as AGM / GM / VP / AVP / Head HR or equivalent.




- BPO / IT / ITES industry experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai.
- Robust experience in one or more of the following:
- HR Business Partnering Talent Acquisition
- Talent Acquisition leadership
- Strategic HR / Business HR
- Proven experience managing senior business stakeholders.
- Strong people-management and team-leadership capabilities.
- Experience handling large employee populations and/or high-volume recruitment environments will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management and organizational HR strategy.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a Mid UK or US shift.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Maximum Budget: ₹50 LPA
- Shift: Mid UK Shift / US Shift
- Week Off: Fixed weekends – Saturday & Sunday
- Final compensation will depend on experience, current CTC and overall suitability.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
