About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Legal Lawyer with 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience to lead and support the company’s legal, regulatory, compliance, and commercial requirements across multiple international jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of US, Europe & APAC regulatory frameworks, with experience advising technology-driven businesses operating across borders. Experience in AI, software, SaaS, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies will be highly valued.

The candidate should be comfortable working directly with senior management, business teams, investors, customers, partners, and external counsel across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Global Legal & Regulatory Advisory
- Provide strategic legal advice on business operations across the United States, Singapore, and European jurisdictions.
- Monitor and interpret applicable international laws, regulations, and regulatory developments.
- Advise leadership on legal risks associated with global expansion, products, partnerships, and commercial activities.
- Coordinate with local and international external counsel where specialist or jurisdiction-specific advice is required.
- AI, Technology & Data Law:
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to AI, generative AI, machine learning, software, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
- Support compliance with applicable AI and technology regulations, including relevant U.S., Singaporean, and European frameworks.
- Advise on data protection, privacy, data transfers, data usage, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Review legal implications of AI models, datasets, automated decision-making, intellectual property, and technology deployments.
- Commercial & Corporate Legal:
- Draft, review,



negotiate, and manage - Master Service Agreements (MSAs)SaaS and technology agreements, Licensing agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Vendor and procurement agreements Partnership and strategic alliance agreements, Employment and consulting agreements, Customer and enterprise contracts
- Support corporate transactions, investments, fundraising, restructuring, and international expansion.
- Establish and maintain appropriate legal policies, templates, playbooks, and contract processes.
- Privacy & Compliance:
- Develop and oversee global privacy and compliance programs.
- Advise on requirements under relevant U.S. privacy laws, Singapore's PDPA, and European data protection frameworks including GDPR.
- Work with security, engineering, product, HR, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Support regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and compliance assessments.
- Intellectual Property

Advise On Protection, Licensing, Ownership, And Commercialization Of

- Maintain a strong legal-risk framework appropriate for a rapidly growing technology company.

Required Qualifications

- LLB, LLM, or equivalent recognized law degree.
- 10+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably with substantial in-house and/or technology-sector experience.




- Qualified/admitted to practice in at least one major jurisdiction; qualification in the U.S., Singapore, UK, EU member state, or another recognized jurisdiction is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-border legal and regulatory matters.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks in the U.S., Singapore, and Europe.
- Strong understanding of technology, AI, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and commercial law.
- Experience negotiating complex international commercial agreements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business, technical, compliance, and executive teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience advising AI, SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, cloud, or other technology companies.
- Practical knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, Singapore PDPA, and major U.S. federal/state privacy and technology regulations.
- Experience with international data transfers and cross-border data governance.
- Experience managing external law firms across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A;, strategic partnerships, or international corporate expansion.
- Prior experience working with regulators or handling regulatory investigations is advantageous.
- Experience establishing legal functions, compliance frameworks, and contract-management processes in a growing company.
