We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, and AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, managing projects, interacting with clients, and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React.js.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Build and implement AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and development activities.
- Lead and mentor development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Solid experience in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
- Strong experience in React.js,



JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with Git and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience in project coordination and team management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LangChain, AI Agents, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
