About the Role:

Peer Consulting Resources is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer – .NET/C# to join our Product Development team.

You will help design, build, and maintain a modern learning platform used by administrators, teachers, and students. The platform includes course creation, assessments, dashboards, and an integrated AI learning assistant.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience across modern frontend frameworks, REST APIs, C#/.NET, relational databases, and scalable application architecture.

Candidates must be available to work remotely from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using C# and .NET.
- Build secure, scalable, and well-documented REST APIs.
- Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using a modern frontend framework.
- Design and maintain relational databases using MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Create and optimize database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, request validation, error handling, and other application security controls.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, backend developers, architects, and product stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and reliable contracts between frontend applications and backend APIs.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests following TDD principles where appropriate.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications and services.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.




- Follow Clean Code, Clean Architecture, security, and software-development best practices.
- Support application builds, releases, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

- At least five years of professional software-development experience using .NET and C#.
- Strong experience developing modern web applications across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and REST API development.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably Angular.
- Solid experience with relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and web-application security.
- Experience using Git and collaborative source-control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development.
- Experience implementing Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Familiarity with cloud application deployment and monitoring.
- Experience working with education, learning-management, or AI-enabled platforms.
