About the RoleDhaniti Fintech is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend development.

You will develop and maintain web applications, backend services, APIs, database solutions, and integrations. You will work with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Security teams and will be involved in development, testing, deployment, and production support.

The role is suited to a developer who is comfortable taking a feature from requirement → development → testing → deployment → production support.

What You Will Do

- Develop web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
- Develop or integrate services using Python and FastAPI, where required.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Build reusable frontend components and maintain good frontend performance.
- Design database tables and queries and improve database performance.
- Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and where required MongoDB and Redis.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and other application security controls.
- Develop background jobs, asynchronous processes, and integrations where required.
- Fix bugs and resolve application performance, reliability, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development and coding standards.
- Write unit, integration, and API tests as appropriate.
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Docker, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
- Participate in technical and system-design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs.




- Work with other developers and help junior developers when required.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js; NestJS experience is preferred.
- Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience developing and supporting production applications.
- Good understanding of Git, debugging, testing, and software development practices.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Must be based in Hyderabad or within a reasonable commuting distance, with the ability to work on-site.

- Strong experience with NestJS.
- Experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with microservices.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, MFA, and OWASP Top 10.
- Experience working with fintech, banking, payments, or financial services applications.
