We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead complex customer implementations and architect production-grade AI solutions. If you excel at bridging the gap between deep software engineering, AI deployment, and high-impact client strategy, we want to hear from you.

- Own complex customer deployments from discovery and solution design through development, deployment, and optimization.
- Partner directly with customers to understand business workflows, technical constraints, and desired outcomes.
- Architect and build reliable, production-grade integrations and AI-powered solutions.
- Lead the implementation of AI agents, automations, prompts, integrations, and customer-specific workflows.
- Diagnose complex production issues across application, integration, data, and AI layers.




- Establish robust testing, monitoring, and validation processes for deployed solutions.
- Identify edge cases and failure modes before and after deployment and implement appropriate safeguards.
- Use customer and product data to identify performance gaps and drive measurable improvements.

- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Robust software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language.
- Proven experience designing, building, testing, and deploying production systems end-to-end.
- Strong experience with third-party integrations, APIs, webhooks, external services, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of technically complex projects with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or external stakeholders on technical implementations.
