Climaire HVAC Consultants is looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer to collaborate with us on commercial interior fit-out projects.

We are specifically looking for professionals with proven experience in delivering complete MEP design packages for commercial projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Required expertise:

- Complete MEP design for commercial fit-outs.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drainage design.
- Firefighting layouts and coordination.
- MEP drawings and documentation for mall approvals.
- AutoCAD and professional MEP design software.

Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP design experience.
- Previous experience with commercial fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated experience preparing complete MEP drawing packages.
- Ability to independently manage design deliverables and revisions.

Engagement:



Freelance / Contract

Work arrangement: Remote

Payment: Project-based, depending on experience and scope.

Important: This prospect is strictly for experienced professionals. Freshers, trainees and candidates without relevant commercial MEP design experience will not be considered.
