Senior Finance Manager — EU, UK & India

Experience: 7+ years of post-qualification experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably qualified in the 1st attempt

Compensation: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,25,000 gross per month

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead finance operations across the EU, UK and India, with responsibility for regional accounting as well as Group level month-end closing, performance reporting and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and oversee monthly closing activities for the Group, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
- Lead monthly performance reporting for the Group, providing meaningful financial insights to management.
- Own the Xero vs Prism reconciliation for the Group, ensuring differences are identified, investigated and resolved.
- Take complete accounting responsibility for the EU, UK and India region.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and inventory management across the region.
- Review key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure appropriate accounting controls are maintained.
- Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely submission of financial information and reporting schedules.
- Support management with financial analysis, reporting and ad hoc finance projects.
- Drive improvements in financial processes,



controls and reporting quality across the region.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably qualified in the 1st attempt.
- ACCA / CMA / equivalent professional qualification may also be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.

Experience

- 8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong experience in month-end closing, management reporting and financial analysis.
- Proven experience managing AR, AP, inventory and complete accounting operations. • Experience with Group reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems; experience with Xero is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-country / international finance operations would be an advantage.

- Excellent Excel and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when working with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and managing multiple priorities.
