Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Plant Finance within the Manufacturing Industry , particularly in product costing, standard costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage plant finance, product costing, standard costing, cost sheets, and COPA reporting .
- Prepare and analyze product-wise cost sheets and manufacturing cost structures.
- Monitor actual vs. standard costs and conduct cost variance analysis.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and strengthen cost controls.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Review general ledger, trial balance,



and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and cost auditors.
- Support plant management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Plant Finance within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and Standard Costing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of cost sheets, COPA, cost variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Experience in budgeting, MIS, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of Ind AS and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
- Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should be ready to relocate any to any part in Gujarat.
