Phox Health is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage finance operations across our India and US entities.

This is a hands-on finance management role covering accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR, billing, payments, cash flow, compliance and audit coordination. You’ll work closely with leadership and external finance partners to ensure finance operations are accurate, timely and well controlled.

What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across India and US entities
- Lead monthly close, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Oversee AP, AR, billing, collections and vendor payments
- Manage US finance processes, including US accounting and reporting requirements
- Manage India finance requirements including GST, TDS and other applicable compliances
- Support US vendor and driver payment processes and ensure timely execution
- Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and working capital
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external finance partners




- Maintain and improve finance controls, SOPs and approval processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify finance processes
- Manage and mentor the finance team

What we're looking for

- 10–12 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR and reconciliations
- Practical experience with US accounting, US entities or US GAAP
- Valuable understanding of Indian finance and statutory requirements, including GST and TDS
- Experience managing cash flow, payments and working capital
- Experience working with auditors and external finance/tax partners
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting-system skills
- Experience managing or mentoring a small finance team
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics or a startup environment is good to have
