About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function and support the company’s financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business decision-making.

This role will have strong ownership of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, audits, and financial controls.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounting functions, with the ability to work closely with the leadership team and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.

Provide financial insights and analysis to the leadership team for business decisions.

- Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts.

Accounting & Controls

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial transactions.





Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.

Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Track actual performance against budgets and identify key variances.

Develop financial models and business projections to support strategic decisions.

Support management in evaluating new business initiatives and investments.

Taxation & Compliance

Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.

Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax professionals.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.

Stay updated on applicable changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

Audit & Risk Management

Manage statutory, internal, and other financial audits.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.

Identify financial and operational risks and implement appropriate controls.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Business & Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with leadership, operations, ecommerce, HR, and other departments on financial matters.

Partner with business teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.





Review business performance and provide financial recommendations.

Support leadership with financial data, MIS, and decision-making insights.

What We’re Looking For

- 6–9 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with robust experience in managing the finance function.
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and audits.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in MIS, financial analysis, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in D2C, ecommerce, consumer goods, personal care, retail, or consumer electronics is preferred.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced business environment.
