We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of expertise to join as Manager/ Senior Manager. In this role, you will oversee the financial strategy, compliance, and investor relations, while driving growth and ensuring operational efficiency in a high-growth workplace.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecast support strategic decisions.

- Financial Reporting and MIS: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, and manage the Management Information System (MIS).
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxes, the Companies Act, and other applicable laws, maintaining relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Treasure & Investment:



Manage treasury and investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Cost Control & Optimization: Implement cost optimization strategies to drive operational efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Oversee cash flow to ensure smooth operations and manage working capital to maintain liquidity and operational continuity.
- Investor Management: Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring transparent communication about the company's financial performance and future outlook.

Qualification: CA is mandatory
