Qualification :BCom

Experience: - Max 5 year in relevant experience Sales support and Service Support

✅Follow up on customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

✅ Support vendor and customer onboarding in ERP systems.

✅ Prepare and maintain MIS reports for sales and service activities.

✅ Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams for account reconciliation.

✅ Maintain AMC, service dues, and warranty trackers.

✅ Process invoices and upload customer invoices to portals.

✅ Manage office expenditures, rent payments, and administrative activities.

✅ Support contract renewals, dealer agreements, and annual stock audits.

Required Skills

✔ Knowledge of MS Office and Office Administration.

✔ Basic Accounting knowledge.

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills.

✔ MIS reporting and data management expertise.

✔ Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
