Key Responsibilities:
- Create
Purchase Orders (PO)
in
Tally
- Follow up with vendors for timely supply of materials & parts
- Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements
- Send verified invoices to the finance team for processing
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Ensure proper vendor communication and follow-up
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Basic knowledge of
Tally
(PO creation is essential)
- Robust communication skills
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
