- Handle procurement of project-related items including solar modules, electrical & civil components, structural materials, and third-party services.
- Float RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize procurement decisions in coordination with technical teams.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs), monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely dispatches as per site requirements.
- Coordinate closely with planning, engineering, site execution, logistics, and finance teams for smooth procurement operations.




- Maintain procurement trackers, vendor performance records, and project-wise procurement reports.
- Identify and onboard current vendors, conduct capability assessments, and build long-term strategic supplier relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance with internal processes, and support procurement audits.
- Explore cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing and value engineering inputs.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce / engineering / supply chain

Experience

4– 7 Years
